Hi all! I've recently been diagnosed and have been taking 20mg adderall xr for a month now. I had been noticing the medication becoming less effective around 5/6pm. I typically have class from 11-4 and then work from 4-11. It is helping me focus during my school time but then I feel tired, sluggish and unable to focus when I am at work at night.
